Villas North is a wonderful neighborhood comprised mostly of post war smaller single family homes; or two-on-a-lot to three-on-a-lot townhomes. This neighborhood has seen a great deal of appreciation in recent years, and is considered by some as the gateway to the South Bay because of it's popularity with people buying a home here for a shorter time before buying a more permanent residence in one of the beach cities. It has great schools, solid neighborhoods with a high degree of community involvement, and a wonderful atmosphere.
